On March 30, 2025, each of the seven Debtors filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 25-10603 before the Honorable Thomas M Horan in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").

On May 22, 2025, Carbon Sequestration III, LLC filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"). This case is pending joint administration under Case No. 25-10603 before the Honorable Thomas M Horan in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court").
