General Information:

On June 4, 2024, involuntary petitions were filed against Epic! Creations, Inc. and two affiliated debtors (collectively, the “Debtors”) for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court"). On September 16, 2024, the Bankruptcy Court entered the order for relief in the cases. On September 23, 2024 (the "Appointment Date"), Claudia Z. Springer was appointed as the Chapter 11 Trustee. The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 24-11161 (BLS), before the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon, in the Bankruptcy Court.

On June 13, 2025, an Order was entered directing that the caption of Case No. 24-11161 be changed from Epic! Creations, Inc. to Saga Formations, Inc. and that the caption of Case No. 24-11162 be changed from Neuron Fuel, Inc. to Pajeau, Inc.
