Claims Register as of 9/19/2025

The above document is the official claims register (the “Claims Register”) for the bankruptcy cases of LeFever Mattson, a California corporation, and its debtor affiliates (the “Chapter 11 Cases”). The Claims Register reflects all proofs of claim and proofs of interest submitted in these Chapter 11 Cases. The Claims Register will be updated as new forms are received.

Please note that there is a delay between the date a form is submitted, fully processed, and then represented on the Claims Register. Therefore, the date the Claims Register is posted does not necessarily reflect all forms submitted as of that date. For example, a form submitted on February 6 may not appear on the Claims Register until February 10 (but the Claims Register will reflect that the form was submitted on February 6).

The column titled “Claim Type” describes the type of claim or interest submitted. For example, “Investor Claim” represents a proof of claim submitted by an investor. “Proof of Interest” represents a proof of interest submitted by an investor.

For proof of interest forms, the “Proof of Interest Detail” column lists the entities in which an investor asserts an interest and the percentage interest an investor asserts that they hold in a particular entity. The asserted percentage is indicated on the Claims Register as “Total Pct.”

In accordance with the confidentiality procedures established in the court’s Order (1) Establishing Bar Date; (2) Approving Form and Manner of Notice of Bar Date and Procedures with Respect Thereto; and (3) Approving Confidentiality Protocols [Docket No. 459] (the “Bar Date Order”), the dollar amounts asserted by investors have been redacted. Additionally, in accordance with the Bar Date Order, investor proofs of interest and proofs of claim will not be publicly accessible from the Claims Register.
