Your Opt-Out Form MUST be returned to the Claims and Noticing Agent so as to be actually received by the Claims and Noticing Agent on or before the Opt-Out Deadline, which is 5:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) on March 3, 2026. Opt-Out Forms sent by facsimile or email will not be accepted. Forms received after the Deadline will not be effective.
